HG Unveils 500kVA and 600kVA Flagship PV Generators

The top of the Solar 3B3 range is where a single cabinet stops being a backup box and starts looking like a microgrid building block. The 500kVA and 600kVA flagship PV generators are aimed at industrial parks, remote microgrids and large estates that need serious, uninterrupted clean power from a platform their engineers already trust.

From one cabinet to a site-wide microgrid

A single 600kVA unit is a substantial power source on its own, but the real story is scaling. Up to six units of the same family parallel for capacity or N+1 redundancy, so a site can grow from one cabinet to a coordinated bank that behaves like a small microgrid. Because every unit shares the same rectifier technology, battery chemistry and communication bus, the bank is one system to commission and one system to service. The step from one box to six is a configuration change, not a new product family.

What the 600kVA flagship carries

The largest model accepts a generous PV input and delivers a high continuous output current at 380 V, sized for process loads, large HVAC plants and mixed commercial demand. Maximum efficiency stays above 92 percent, the output is a pure sine wave at 380 / 400 / 415 V plus or minus 1 percent, and the static switch holds the 0 ms transfer that critical loads depend on. The cabinet is physically large - plan the foundation and lift path before it arrives.

One communication bus, many cabinets

Each flagship unit speaks RS485, RS232, dry contact and an optional SNMP card, and paralleled units share that bus so the whole bank is visible from each cabinet's LCD. That single pane of glass is what lets a facilities team manage a multi-cabinet microgrid without a separate supervisor box or a pile of vendor apps.
