1. Product Overview
Different from large-capacity SDL heavy-duty floor-standing UPS, this power frequency substation UPS targets compact rack installation for secondary power control cabinets. It strictly adopts mature power frequency UPS topology, supports dual input of commercial AC and station DC power (110V/220V), outputs stable 50Hz pure sine wave power for protection of relay protection devices, communication transmission equipment and RTU terminals.
This power frequency substation UPS supports up to 6 units parallel operation with current sharing imbalance controlled within ±5%, meeting the step-by-step capacity expansion demand of grid reconstruction projects. Built-in output isolation transformer suppresses harmonic interference and ground surge current, DSP full digital control realizes soft start to eliminate inrush current when powering on. The unit reserves RS232/RS485 Modbus communication and dry contact interfaces, which can be connected to the substation centralized monitoring platform to realize remote three-remote management. The whole machine meets DL/T 1074-2019 power industry testing standards and is highly adapted to long-term unattended operation of indoor power stations.

Customizable soft start parameter, transfer time between mains and backup path is controlled below 4ms.

Equipped with LCD display + indicator light for local operation check; RS485 Modbus protocol + 6 dry contacts realize remote data upload and fault linkage alarm. Full protection covers input/output over/under voltage, over temperature and short circuit to avoid equipment damage caused by abnormal grid status.
