
S-Class Single Cabinet Micro Modular Data Center
Our S-Class single cabinet micro modular data center is an innovative turnkey solution developed for small and medium-scale edge data room construction. Based on the integrated prefabricated data center design philosophy, this all-in-one cabinet integrates UPS power supply, precision cooling system, power distribution unit and environmental monitoring modules inside a standard 42U sealed cabinet. It builds a highly reliable running environment for servers and IT equipment, and supports elastic capacity expansion as your business grows.
The cabinet adopts 220Vac, 50Hz Φ+N-PE power standard. The allowable working temperature range is 0℃ to 40℃ with applicable humidity between 5% and 95%. The equipment can be deployed at altitudes from 0 to 4000 meters. Please note derated operation is required when altitude exceeds 1000 meters. This model holds 3C and TEL certifications to meet global engineering access standards.
The overall cabinet dimension is 600×1200×2000 mm with single sealed cabinet structure and standard dual hot & cold aisle containment. Under single battery pack layout, the available IT installation space reaches 30U. A 32A main input breaker is installed on the power inlet.For power output circuits: mains supply provides 4×16A/1P outlets; built-in UPS delivers 3×16A/1P plus 2×10A/1P output, alongside 2 groups of DC12V power terminals.
A standalone 3kVA UPS unit is equipped inside, with power factor equal to 1 and maximum efficiency up to 97%. It matches vertically installed international standard PDU fitted with 12×10A GB sockets to support power supply for multiple IT devices simultaneously.Customers can install 0 to 4 sets of 9AH battery packs for backup power. Multiple backup solutions are optional including independent battery packs, battery racks and external battery cabinets. Configurable backup runtime ranges from 15 minutes to 4 hours to satisfy different uptime requirements.
Local management relies on a 10-inch touch screen monitoring unit, which requires no extra U space in the rack. Standard configurations include status indicator light, water leak detector, temperature & humidity sensor, door contact sensor and smoke detector. SMS alarm function is available as an optional upgrade.
The supporting rack-mounted variable frequency air conditioner operates under 220V, with rated cooling capacity of 3.5kW. The whole system can handle maximum equipment heat dissipation of 3kW.

Equipped with variable frequency compressor, the system dynamically adjusts cooling capacity based on real-time load, effectively cutting overall power consumption of your micro modular data center.
3.2 Stable & Reliable Performance
Emergency cooling fan is reserved for unexpected heat dissipation demand. The power system applies dual-circuit architecture. Ultra-wide input voltage enables stable operation, together with phase sequence detection and comprehensive power protection. Automatic restart after power recovery is supported. Optional low-temperature resistant assemblies and extended pipe kits guarantee stable running under harsh on-site environments.
3.3 Intelligent Centralized Management
The 10-inch touch screen enables local visualization without occupying cabinet U space. Operators can manage UPS, air conditioners and power distribution uniformly, as well as connect temperature & humidity sensors, smoke detectors, door contacts and other sensing hardware.
3.4 Flexible Deployment
Cabinet-as-a-room design allows free placement even in limited space. Dual hot and cold aisle sealing is standard, and single cold aisle sealing can be selected on demand. Rack-mounted variable frequency air conditioner is pre-configured; row-level cooling unit is also an alternative option.

Q1: Is this micro modular data center suitable for unattended edge sites?
A1: Yes. The complete monitoring system supports real-time status tracking, local alarm and optional SMS notification. It can work stably in remote unattended machine room environments.
Q2: Can I adjust the backup power runtime freely?
A2: Yes. You can choose to install 0~4 sets of 9AH battery packs. The backup time ranges from 15 minutes up to 4 hours, and we can provide matching battery configuration suggestions according to your demand.
Q3: Can the aisle sealing scheme be modified after delivery?
A3: Two schemes are available: dual hot & cold aisle sealing (standard) and single cold aisle sealing. You can confirm the design before production, and on-site reconstruction is also feasible.
Q4: Does the equipment support high-altitude deployment?
A4: The applicable altitude range is 0–4000m. When deployed above 1000 meters, power derating is required. Please inform us of your project altitude during inquiry.
Q5: Is customized power voltage standard available for overseas markets?
