What is MASTER-LINE Data Center Busway System?

AI and big-data workloads are pushing data-center power loads higher and raising safety requirements. MASTER-LINE is our dedicated intelligent busway for data centers, with optional smart temperature and smart energy monitoring modules for predictive alarms — making daily O&M simpler for operators.

MASTER-LINE structure & features

  • Three-segment integrated profile + direct-fit sheath and conductor, forming the busway trunk channel.

  • High-conductivity grounding taken from the main busbar current split.

  • Branch current passes through a miniature circuit-breaker and is output to PDUs via industrial connectors.

  • Full electrical and temperature monitoring modules built in.

  • Tap-off boxes include their own interlock mechanism for fast, secure mounting on the busway bottom.

MASTER-LINE busway shell

  • 6063 (T5) Al-Mg alloy profile, thickness ≥ 2.5 mm, Brinell hardness ≥ 60 HB.

  • Surface anodizing or electrostatic spray coating available on request.

  • Aesthetic appearance, high mechanical strength, fast heat dissipation, strong oxidation resistance (1 800 h salt-spray test).

MASTER-LINE conductor

  • High-purity oxygen-free electrolytic copper bar, purity ≥ 99.98 %.

  • Resistivity ≤ 0.0177 × 10⁻⁶ Ω·m, IACS conductivity ≥ 97 %.

  • Full-surface tinned treatment.

MASTER-LINE insulation sheath

  • Flame-retardant, glass-fiber-reinforced PC (polycarbonate) extruded profile.

  • Insulation class B, heat resistance above 130 °C.

  • Flame-retardant grade V-0, halogen-free, no harmful gas under high-temperature or fire conditions.
