Why PV Generators Use an Output Isolation Transformer

An output isolation transformer is one of those components buyers rarely ask about and engineers never skip. In a PV generator it sits between the inverter and the load and earns its place every day, especially on farms, marine sites and anywhere grounding is uncertain.
